Ideally you should create a custom php.ini with just the custom limits in very directory you need it changed. or

If you need set just for a particular php page, you may add at the top of the php page, the required custom limits, like:

<?php
ini_set
("max_execution_time", "45"
);
ini_set("memory_limit", "12"
);
?>
